1. - The conference schedule shall consist of a double round with each member playing other schools of the division on a home and home basis.
2. - The schedule shall be made for two (2) years, reversing the sites in the respective rounds.
3. - After two (2) years, each division shall be re-drawn to achieve a new order of opponents. Numbers will be used to develope a schedule. Schools will draw for numbers to determine their opponent. It is permissible for those schools who have received numbers the previous drawing which gave them minimal home Friday games in boys basketball to draw first and draw from a group without those numbers in the selection. After this initial drawing, the remainder of the schools shall draw from all the numbers remaining.
4. - All conference contests are to be played on the scheduled dates unless there is a mutual agreement between both schools to postpone due to an emergency (weather, epidemic or disaster). The contest will be made up on the first available date.

9. - Each school shall submit a roster to all opponents one week prior to the first scheduled game for program information.
10. - Visiting teams should arrive at least forty-five (45) minutes before reserve game time.
11. - All conference reserve games shall start at 6:15 p.m., unless prior arrangements between competing schools has changed the starting time. Teams may take the floor thirty (30) minutes before game time.
12. - The boy's and girl's reserve games shall consist of four (4) seven (7) minute quarters. The boy's and girl's freshman games shall consist of four (4) seven (7) minute quarters provided that there are no conflicts with other scheduled events on that day/evening. Should a conflict occur, the athletic director could reduce the

13. - Teams may take the floor four (4) minutes before the start of the second half.
14. - All varsity games shall begin twenty (20) minutes after the conclusion of the reserve game unless additional time is allowed for a special ceremony. The time allocated for the ceremony shall be five (5) minutes unless the home school notified the visiting school in writing that additional time was needed. The total time available shall not exceed ten (10) minutes.

16. - The floor shall be swept at half time of both games.
17. - Teams shall wear light uniforms at home and dark uniforms away.
18. - A top grade leather ball shall be used in all varsity and reserve contests, similar to the one used in the District Tournament. Rawlings "Comp Ohio” is the approved ball for girls OCC basketball.
19. - The home team shall provide six (6) acceptable basketballs for warm up use by the visiting teams at the varsity, reserve and freshman level.
20. - The home school shall designate responsible adults to act as the official scorekeeper and timer.

22. - It is the responsibility of the home school to designate the location of the player benches of both teams and to eliminate any abuse to the players and coaches from the fans in the area.
23. - A visiting school wishing to tape or film the contest should make prior arrangements with the home school.
24. - All games should end in the spirit of good sportsmanship, with the players of both teams shaking hands.
25. - The use of tobacco in any form, by coaches or players, during the contest is prohibited by the conference.

27. - The home school shall be responsible for reporting the scores and stats to the press and radio.
